Job Responsibility1. Stay focused on the resort's Vision and ensuring all tasks carried out are in accordance to the resort's established Mission Statement.
2. Raise and retrieve flags as per guidelines provided.
3. Handle guest luggage in a secure and safe manner, promptly, to and from the jetty or guest rooms.
4. Tag all guest luggage while in custody to avoid mix-up.
5. Record all stored luggage and ensure proper identification prior to releasing back a luggage.
6. Room a guest by introducing and explaining available facilities and amenities in the room.
7. Recommend activities for guests. Priority must be directed to activities available in house.
8. Provide excellent and warmth service to all guests with a genuine smile.
9. Ensure a high satisfaction index from all guests with regards to the product quality and service standards.
