Job Responsibility

• Play and taking care of cats.
• Taking care overall cleanness of the cat hotel
• Taking appointment for grooming
• Helping grooming
• Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
• Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
• Understands room status and room status tracking.
• Knows types of rooms available, and room rates.
• Must be sales-minded. Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.
• Knows the location and types of available rooms as well as the activities and services of the property.

Job Requirements

• Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• No specific education level required
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on weekends.
• Responsible, reliable and committed.
• Cat lover.
• If able to grooming cat will add point
• if have ability to learn, can be promoted to become groomer
