Job Description
Job Responsibility
Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels (phone, email, and live chat).
Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.
You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
Continuously identify work process improvements.
Job Requirements
High proficiency in English + Mandarin (Both written + Spoken) + Cantonese (Spoken)
Must be able to work on 9am to 6pm (9 hours per day, 5 days per week), and public holiday
Able to start work immediately (Intake date: October/November 2022)
Required experience: (SPM/Diploma/Degree holder) minimum 1 year call center / customer service;
Experienced in handling inbound calls would be an added advantage!
