Job Responsibility Requirements
-Minimum with a Diploma/ Degree in related field. -At least 2 years of management experience in HR preferably in a medium to a large-scale manufacturing environment. -Strong knowledge of local labor laws and staff regulations. -Highly computer literate in Microsoft. -A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, motivation and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters. -Excellent stress management skills and the ability to make crucial decisions under pressure. -Comfortable working in a highly visible role. -Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibility
-Direct and manage all hiring procedures. -Involved in all HR administrative tasks (contracts, leaves, work certificates, exit process, etc) -Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop training courses and programs. -Perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports. -Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employment policies current. -Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problem. -Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues. -Manage and supervise other staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks. -Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
