Job Responsibility- Handle incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customer's needs.
- Provide customer support using English, Mandarin & Cantonese language via phone or email.
- Follow up and resolving customer complaints and problem and ensure its close to satisfaction.
Job Requirements- High Proficient in Cantonese, Simplified Mandarin (Read, Speak, Write) with above average English proficiency.
- Candidate with a minimum SPM level qualification.
- Candidate with Customer Service Experience is an added advantage.
- Applicant must be willing to work on 24 Hours Rotational Shift, 9 Hours per Shift, 5 days per week (Rotational Off day) Earliest Shift starts from 7am - 4pm, Latest 10pm - 7am ); (Schedule will be given weekly/ monthly)
- Able to start joining on 14 November 2022 (Training will be provided with Basic Salary).
- Have no issue to be based at Johor Office (Nusajaya)
