Job Responsibility- Handle inbound calls about food delivery services in Taiwan.
- Provide information to customers regarding food delivery information.
- To handle all incoming and email calls related to food delivery services
- To provide transportation information to facilitate customer travel
Job Requirements- Candidate with SPM level qualification.
- Able to speak fluently in Traditional Mandarin is a must (Read, Speak, Type)!
- Basic English is acceptable for this role.
- Applicant must be willing to work on 24 hours Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift), 6 days working per week (Schedule will be given weekly/monthly)
- Have no issue to be based at Johor Office
- Able to join on November 2022
Job Benifits- RM 2,500 Basic + 6 Days Work Allowance RM300 + KPI Allowance Max RM400 + Night Shift Allowance Max RM300 + OT Claim (Average all-in salary RM 2,800 - RM 3,500++)
