Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Outbound calls to agents regarding their flight has been rescheduled and make sure they are aware of the flight changes schedule.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.
  • Ensure necessary and appropriate follow-up actions are taken.

Job Requirements
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage
  • Candidates must be willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Fresh graduates who are interested in Customer Service are welcome to apply
