Job Responsibility
Outbound calls to agents regarding their flight has been rescheduled and make sure they are aware of the flight changes schedule.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.
Ensure necessary and appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
Job Requirements
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage
Candidates must be willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
