Job Description
Job Responsibility
Report and work together with assigned department for the above scope.
Assist, create and maintenance of licensing program's materials, presentations, and contents that showcase to prospective licensee.
Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures within the department.
Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions which includes manpower planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll processing, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation and employee relations.
Job Requirements
Prefer candidates with 1 years working experience in related field
No specific education level required
Good in Microsoft work - word, excel, powerpoint.
Able to work under fast pace environment and quick turnaround to task requests.
Excellent people management skills.
Strong analytical thinking skills to interpret, link and analyze information to make effective decisions.
Good command in English & Mandarin, both speaking and writing.
Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized & fast learner.
Must be mature, people oriented, results driven and able to communicate with all level of employees.
Proficient and knowledgeable in labour law, employment act and other government rules and regulations related to HR.
