Responsibility
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints and provide appropriate resolution services in a consistent and professional manner.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Provide the higher level of service and maintain excellent relationship with all the clients assigned
