Job Responsibility- Provide quality services to customers and answer customers' inquiries via inbound call
- Familiar with all the company's products and promotions, quickly solve problems for customers
- Record and update customer data and other relevant information
- Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally
- Ad-hoc task as assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements9am-6pm > Mandarin Customer Support (Global Search Engine)
- Minimum SPM or higher.
- No Night Shift, 5 days work week
- Good in English & Mandarin
- Able converse in Cantonese will be a plus
- Preferably with outspoken personality..
- With Customer Service experience is added advantage
- Computer Literate
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply too.
