Job Responsibility- Experience in managing plant operation / manpower and etc. Cepietso / Cepswam.
- Take care overall water & waste water treatment plant daily operation & maintenance.
- Ensure site compliance to EQ (Industrial effluent) Reg 2009 & EQ (schedule waste) Reg 2005.
- Conduct and analyze performance monitoring of plant health.
- To prepare reports for overall plant performance, issues, action tracker updates.
- To lead projects on Plant improvement / Waste minimization and cost savings.
- To plan and conduct training to TPT Staff when neccesary.
