Job ResponsibilityRESPONSIBILITIES
? Be the key person for all Workday Integration related matters in HRIT team
? Support HRIT related initiatives from an employee life cycle perspective such as onboarding, workforce, expenses, absence, compensation, talent, off-boarding, and payroll through the development of Integration
? Build, quality assure, and maintain Workday functionality to meet business requirements, which includes configuration of Workday and integration with other systems
? Explore and propose how to maximize current Workday integration & module usage that will add value to the business through optimizing / automating / improving current processes
? Proactively explore latest Workday releases/upgrades/new functions and identify opportunities to enhance Workday in house capability
? Work cross-functionally to understand issues/deficiencies in existing processes, design innovative integration solutions, execute implementation in Workday, and ensure requirements are met while maintaining data integrity & security
Work Experience
? 3-6 years work experience
? 2-4 years Workday experience
? Proven experience developing Workday & Workday Integration
Skills / Knowledge
? Strong Workday Integration knowledge & skills (i.e. Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Core Connector, EIB, Data Transformation, Object Transporter, Workday Studio, Report Designer, Report Writer, XML, etc.)
? Minimum - Basic knowledge & skills of Workday functional areas (i.e. Workforce Management, Recruitment, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Security Administration, etc.) [Intermediate will be nice-to-have]
? Minimum - Basic knowledge & skills of Web Services and apis (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards) [Intermediate will be nice-to-have]
? Basic knowledge & skills of database architecture, tables, functional interactions, and recognize and understand impacts to downstream systems
? Workday HCM and/or Integration Core certified (nice-to-have)
? Requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
? Understanding of HR policies, roles & processes
? Able to work well in a small team while executing individual responsibilities
? Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills
? Agile and able to adapt to the constant changes through innovation
