Job ResponsibilityJob scope:
1. Set up and operates grinding machinery meeting production standards and specifications
2. Provide technical, tooling, fixtures support to production.
3. Able to handle maintenance and troubleshooting on machine facilities.
4. Able to read and understand mechanical drawing
5. From time to time performing on the preventive maintenance activities
6. Maintain a clan and safe work environment.
7. Able to work shift and on call basis due to emergency.
8. Work with minimum supervision and independently.
Requirements:
1. Prefer 5 years wood work related experience.
2. Prefer 5 years moulder knives grinding experience.
3. Capable to handle moulder and finger joint machine operation and related machinery.
4. Understand and possess good knowledge of CNC machinery parts.
5. Knowledge on PLC is an advance.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Proactive, Initiative and Responsible.
8. Ability to work independently and in team environment.
