Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
? Implementations of WMS which include system configuration, build and integration
? Perform application installation and upgrade, including configuration and integration with third party solutions
? Capture end user requirements into business requirement document.
? Develop software design specification according to business requirements.
? To drive operational improvements
? Provide technical guidance and training to end user
? Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within SLAs
Requirements:
? Degree in Computing / Information Technology
? At least 3 years of experience in implementing and support WMS system in a Third-Party Logistics environment.
? Experience in reporting tools, SQL commands and scripting.
? Good understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
? Strong analytical skill.
? Self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
? Conversant in written and verbal English.
? Applicants must be willing to work in Klang/West Port and can travel to outstation if required.
? Experience in Infor WMS/ERP will be an added advantage
