Job Responsibility

• Improve the look and feel of interactive web & app system
  
• Responsible for Developing Internal Graphics (included Packaging/ Poster/Banner/ Leaflet/ Social Media / adaptation and etc.)
• Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers
• Analyze customer responses and website data to determine high traffic web pages and why some perform better than others
• Conceptualize ideas and design collateral in support of all marketing activities, Collaborate with the marketing team to provide creative solutions.
• Strong communication skill, coordinating with project leader, internal team and external agencies to accomplish the project given.
• To complete projects by coordinating with the IT Department etc.
  

Job Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI & Graphic Design.
  
• Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English
  
• Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
• Professional written and interpersonal skills
• High passion into UI trends and current latest design strategy and technology
• Ability to work together with other developers in a team environment
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance and willingness to learn.
• Good people skills, self-motivated, articulate and systematic.
