Job Responsibility

• Prospecting for new clients & maintaining an on-going relationship with existing clients
• Assess clients financial situations, understand their needs to design an appropriate financial plan
• Engage & involve thru Event Promotion & Booth
• Attending Training & Coaching
• Establish Clients records
• Prepare Career Path to be Leaders/ Managers/MDRT achievers

Job Requirements

• Must possess at least SPM, Diploma/ Degree in any related field or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year work experience, prefer Sales & Marketing
• Fresh candidate are welcome to apply
• Preferable for those have Takaful/Insurance
• Good Public Relation, Communication Skills, Basic Calculation, Tactful Negotiation, Time Management
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, as may be needed to liaise with Mandarin clients
• Preferable from Kota Bharu and Kuala Lumpur
