Warehouse Supervisors are professionals who are responsible for overseeing the general operations of a warehouse and its staff. They handle the recording and maintaining of inventory, advising the imports received and items exported. They might also train new workers and ensure their performance is adequate.
Responsibilities and Duties
o To supervise and train Store Assistant to carry out daily store transactions effectively.
o To supervise and monitoring daily driver schedule for local delivery and coordinate with planner to arrange delivery effectively.
o To implement receiving, issuing, storage and stock control accordingly to company's procedure.
o Responsible to report conditions of company's vehicle to Human Resources Department.
o To coordinate with planner to arrange delivery effectively.
o To lead the warehouse team.
o Plan and execute warehouse process flow accordingly.
o To update all production incoming products as per schedule.
o To conduct stock take.
o To prepare and submit monthly report on stock and inventory.
o To organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
o To ensure shipment's and inventory transaction's accuracy.
o Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
o Identify area of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedure and practices.
o To keep the store clean and tidy at all times.
