We are looking for a full time Warehouse Manager to be based at our Head Office in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
Job Responsibilities:
o To manage, evaluate and report on overall warehouse productivity.
o To oversee and supervise the warehouse staff, ensuring the warehouse staff operate
according to standard operating procedures efficiently.
o To optimise warehouse space and assist in arrangement of goods in the warehouse.
o Educate storekeepers, warehouse staff and transporters with proper knowledge on storing
techniques, operations and maximum usage of storing space.
o To coordinate the loading, unloading of goods, storage and timely delivery of goods to
customers.
o To monitor on FIFO method for the goods.
o To plan, schedule, track the delivery orders and optimise transporters/ drivers' daily
routine arrangement to ensure smooth operation and without incurring any damage in
transit, taking into account any special delivery instructions on delivery orders.
o To perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
o To perform inventory management control and to ensure that records are kept up-to-date and accurate.
o To monitor the production of the sheeting machine and assist in the scheduling.
o Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
o Practice good housekeeping concept and ensure cleanliness in the warehouse area.
o To perform other duties as requested by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Warehouse
Management, Logistics, Business Administration or professional certificate in related field.
o Have 3-5 years of working experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar position in related field.
o Good command of English & Malay (spoken).
o Results oriented with hands on commitment in getting the job done.
o Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
o Computer literate.
o Responsible individual with good working attitude and problem solving skills.
o Able to work independently while lead a time at the same time.
