Job Responsibility1) Responsibility for receiving raw material.
o Unload and unpack shipment of products.
o Inspect shipments for damage and correct quantities based on Delivery Order (DO)
o Report damages or shortages to the appropriate person
o Match shipments with purchase orders or Invoice and enter receiving data on paper.
o Record receiving data at book record.
2)Responsibility for receiving finish goods.
o Receive shipments, count and check for damages.
o Send and sort stock at warehouse
o Record and packing by bulk before distribution in the store.
o Keep record of warehouse note sent and delivery order received.
o Taking items from the warehouse and prepare them for delivery
o Monitor shelves and fill them in when needed
o Keep up with the movement of merchandise in the store and warehouse
o Liaise with tailor / Supplier for date and quantity to be received
o To handle another job/task are given from management.
