Job Responsibility1.Comments and review tenants concept design submissions for their outlets.
2.Coordination between internal departments for matters pertaining fit-out operation
3. Regular site visits to monitor site works quality and verify that all works are done accordance with approved submission and compliance with mall regulations within fit-out period.
4.To conduct joint inspections for hand-over of vacant possession to tenant or take-over restored by landlord / management
5.To arrange and ensure all landlord M&E provision (FCUs, Power supply, water inlet etc.) are being carried out by M&E prior to commencement of fit-out works by tenant.
6.Other tasks as assigned by direct superior.
