Job Responsibilityo To update the GRN record and generate monthly GRN report.
o To key in all stock movement into system and maintain high accuracy level within deadline.
o To assist warehouse executive to update stock card.
o To coordinate with purchasing and finance department for all document transfer.
o To issue purchase requisition as and when required.
o Responsible to do filling accordingly in a timely manner.
o To assist on monthly cycle count / year end stocktake activities.
o To perform other related job as assigned by management from time to time.
