Job Responsibility1. Ensures that the Company complies with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws, which include the Halal certificate, Business License, Product license, etc.
2. Responsible for preparing and processing all documents and permits, maintaining records of all transactions, assessing the products' qualities for import and export, and tracking shipments to ensure that they arrive at their destinations in a precise and timely manner.
3. Coordinate work between the other departments.
4. Organizing audit paperwork for the quality control manager, calibrating equipment to make sure they are running properly, and inspecting products for flaws or defects.
5. Data entry.
6. To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
