Job Responsibility -Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need
-Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
-Client and channel servicing by providing proper information, guidance, and support to the clients & channels, assist in product listings, stocks replenishment, marketing activities to promote sales.
-Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
-Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
-Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
-Testing the quality of emails, social media posts and the company's landing page
-Analyzing the results of campaigns and making changes to outlast competitors
- Propose, plan, assist, execute, and follow up on marketing activities that is relevant to business operations.
- To handle branch and outlet updating and folllowup
-To handle all customer related enquiries & sales thru all platforms.
-To assist in contributing relevant content, ideas, expansion plans that is relevant to the company
-Monthly sales report, update, and brand plan.
