Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities
o To be responsible in foreign worker management including permit renewal, check out memo, foreign worker insurance and other related matter.
o To monitor factory time management and update reports to HR Manager monthly.
o To handle and arrange employees' welfare.
o To handle employees' grievances and disciplinary issues.
o To handle employees' performance evaluation.
o To update employees' leave record.
o To recruit and manage the factory manpower recruitment according to factory requirement.
o To assist factory management team in issues related to discipline, time management and related issues of factory employee.
o To process monthly payroll.
o To monitor and process staff insurance, project insurance and other related company insurance.
o To monitor compliances of HR rules & regulations.
o To liaise with government agencies relating to operation.
o To ensure the HR compliance of ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015.
o To involve in Safety, Health and Environment activities.
o To oversee the HR and Administration aspects in factory and report to HR Manager.
o To undertake any assigned tasks or projects from time to time.
Requirements
o Possess a Bachelor Degree in related discipline from recognized institution of higher learning.
o Minimum experience of 2 years in HR spectrum in manufacturing environment.
o Experience in recruitment and handling of foreign worker is an added advantage.
o Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both oral and written.
o Computer literate in Microsoft Office Software.
o Able to accept challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.
o Good attitude, independent, analytical and good supporter of teamwork.
o Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all levels.
o Possess a Driving License and willing to travel to government agencies if required.
o Willing to work and based at factory located in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
