Job Responsibility1. Layout of dining room, side station, dishwashing area, equipment, storage area and kitchen area.
2. Learning name and use of restaurant equipment, such as glassware, and other glassware.
3. Learning the proper and professional way of handling equipment.
4. Procedures of making coffee& hot drink, keeping snack warm and condiments clean.
5. General cleaning of dining room.
6. Other related task.
7. Commissions is based on sales and hostel is provided.
