Job Description
Job Responsibility
Liaise with customers, sub-contractors, IKEA co-worker and relevant party face to face or thru phone; Provide information about products and services.
Arrange appointment schedule for customer and ensure proper records of customer details.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues.
Perform necessary follow up.
Prepare report and Attend monthly meeting.
Prepare weekly report to accounts department.
Hand over cash received to accounts department.
Perform any administration job.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
Fresh SPM/STPM/Diploma/Certificate are encouraged to apply.
Independent, pro-active, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office and SQL Accounting Software.
Able to work on shift, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
5 working days, 2 shifts- morning shift (9.30am to 7.00pm) & evening shift (12.30pm to 10.00pm) 2 days full shift (9.30am to 10.00pm, got OT), it rotate weekly, which mean 1st week morning shift then second week evening shift; 2 rest days eg. 1st week rest Monday and Tuesday, 2nd week rest Thu & Fri.
