Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Providing excellent customer service through assisting with enquiry support via Email and LiveChat.
  • Escalate complaints and feedback to the correct Channel / Managers.
  • Ensure key directions from the Management are followed through and accomplished.
  • Achieve set SLA's and targets daily.
  • Manage any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements
  • With minimum of Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Diploma or Degree with minimum 1 year of experience in Contact Centre environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and any other languages would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable with working on weekends, public holidays and shift work (including night shift), when required.
