Job ResponsibilityStrategy & Planning
o Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximise sales and achieve targets & busienss KPIs
Sales Management
o Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staff
o Personally solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objectives/sales are maximized
o motivate, guide and coach sales staff
o Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaigns
o Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales
o Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts
Compliance
o Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Agency
Staff Management
o Jointly plan for recruitment and retention of sales personnel
o Motivate, coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance
Customer Service Management
o Anticipates customers' needs to deliver quality service, customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
Minimum 3 years experience in sales and management.
o Good written and verbal communication skills (local knowledge and dialect is a plus)
o Basic understanding of sales operation & banking products
o Experience in sales management and leading sales team
o Winning attitude, success driven, self-initiated and able to work independently
o Good track record of sales achievement
o Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
o Ability to relate and connect to local community
