Job Responsibility

• To be responsible in overall contract administration;
• Preparation of progress claim, sub-con payments, variation orders, final accounts & etc.;
• Project site visit for site valuation and site measurement;
• To coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors and site personnel;
• Attend regular on-site project meetings;
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• At least 3 years working experience in related field is required for this position;
• Proficiency in English and Computer literate;
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD;
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance;
• Ability to exercise sound judgement in managing multiple projects within tight timeline;
• Able to travel outstation
• Work location: Central & Northern Region
