Job Responsibility

• Welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• To maintain contact with all guests and action to compliments or complaints or special requests.
• Welcome & greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Provide to the visitors of customer service at all times.
• To develop and maintain the highest standard of quality as they relate to presentation, supervision and control of food and beverage service.
• Responsible for providing friendly, excellent service to client and visitors.
• Ensuring cleanliness and timely service are rendered to the guests at all times.
• Anticipating guest's needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• To maintain contact with all guests and action to compliments or complaints or special requests.
• To maintain a professional image and enhance the reputation of the Company.
• Maintains high standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, appearance and posture.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Have good communication skills and good attitude.
• Able to work independently, high committed, responsible and dependable.
• Experience as Barista is an added advantage.
• Pleasant appearance, attractive with good interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, well rounded, and possessing a stunning personality are required.
• Able to converse in English.
• Willing to work at Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
• Work from Monday - Friday.
