Job Responsibility1. Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
2. Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
3. Making menu recommendations, answering question and sharing additional information with restaurant guest.
4. Greet and escort customers to their tables
5. Maintain a friendly, neat and professional image to the guest, be friendly and smiling under any circumstances, always check personal hygiene and be well groomed in appearance with an immaculate uniform.
6. To ensure highest standard in service of all food & beverage products
7. Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glass
8. Present bill to guest
9. Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
10. Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the Superior and Head of Department.
