To present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
To complete all cleaning and preparation to ensure smooth service at all times.
To inform customers about the day's specials/promotions and offer menu recommendations.
To up-sell additional products when appropriate.
To take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software and order slips.
To communicate order details to the kitchen team accurately.
To serve food and drink orders.
To deliver checks and collect bill payments.
To provide excellent customer service to customers.
To monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages and ensure all stocks are safely and properly stored and maintained.
A good team player with a pleasant personality, great sense of responsibility, punctual, hardworking, take instructions well.
To carry out other reasonable duties given by the Management Team to assist in the smooth running of the restaurant.
