Job Responsibilityo act on behalf of the Company without a power of attorney, including representing its interests and making transactions;
o to dispose of the property and funds of the Company within the limits established by its Charter and the laws of APAC;
o to approve rules, procedures and other internal documents of the Company, to determine its organizational structure, with the exception of documents approved by a single shareholder (general meeting of shareholders);
o to issue orders and give instructions binding for all employees of the legal entity;
o to approve the manning table, enter into and terminate employment contracts with employees;
o to recruit and dismiss employees, including appointing and dismissing their deputies, chief accountant, specialists, employees and other employees;
o to reward employees, as well as impose penalties on them, to require employees to comply with the Internal Labor Regulations, other local regulations, instructions, as well as the terms of the Employment Contract;
o to determine the composition and scope of information constituting official and commercial secrets of the Company for employees;
o to open settlement, currency and other accounts of the Company in banks, enter into agreements and make other transactions;
o to approve the contractual prices and tariffs for services;
o to keep accounting records and file financial statements;
o to sign outgoing as well as payment documents;
o to exercise other powers associated with the implementation of its competence;
o to rest in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the requirements of the legislation of APAC;
