DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Screen all applications via phone and to ensure that the customer is eligible or meet the requirement
Provide the customer with the best solutions based on customer needs and requirements
Persuade customers to agree by demonstrating how the products or services will be beneficial to their needs
Learn, develop understanding and competency of client's products/offerings & business expectations
Perform outbound sales calls in relation to client's products and qualify potential leads
Ensure call and sales notes are accurately recorded and maintained in CRM Track leads and timely follow up to ensure daily orders and targets are met To ensure good rapport and relationships with customers with the ability to influence and create immediate or progressive product needs
To close and meet daily /weekly/ monthly sales goals in accordance with KPI /development plan The "extra-mile" attitude to drive & increase personal sales targets and business sales volume
TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE:

Minimum SPM/ Diploma or Degree in business, marketing, economics or related field
Ability to converse fluently in English with a neutral accent (Mandatory)
Experience in sales
Understanding the sales process and dynamics
Excellent written and communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build rapport with the customers
Willing to work 5 days shift from Monday to Friday- 11.30am to 8.30PM , Saturday as and when required
