Job Description
o Identify, approach, negotiate the acquisition, sort out the contracts and close M&A deals with companies, as well as plan the business expansion of existing company.
o Strongly into mergers and acquisitions since the company is going public listed.
o Identifying companies that have the same synergies which would add value to the group, and basically acquire it.
o To identify expansion for the company, planning entry into new markets, opportunities in existing markets, etc.
o Involved market caps upwards of RM100M.
