Job Responsibilityfoodpanda APAC Central Operations team is looking for a Vendor Experience Insights Analyst. This role will focus on understanding and improving the entire vendor journey for our restaurant (and shops) partners across APAC. What you will do in this role:
Plan and execute high impact projects targeted at improving the vendor experience
Study processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Execute your recommendations from start to finish, from digging into data, to building a business case, aligning stakeholders, testing ideas, executing and measuring results
Partner with operations, product/ engineering, commercial, and other teams to understand and solve vendor issues
Serve as a 'PMO' for several cross functional projects
Key requirements for this role:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines
2 to 4 years of experience in a business focused analyst role in e-commerce, or other 'fast-paced', 'high-growth' industries
Strong problem solving skills ability to breakdown a complex business problems, creating visualizations to summarize data
Strong analytical skills - proficiency in MS Excel is a must, experience with SQL will be a huge advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in operations management, process improvement, Lean/ Six-sigma, etc., will be a huge advantage
Ability to professionally handle stress, and tight deadlines/ high expectations
