Job Responsibilityfoodpanda APAC Central Operations team is looking for a Vendor Experience Insights Analyst. This role will focus on understanding and improving the entire vendor journey for our restaurant (and shops) partners across APAC. What you will do in this role:
Plan and execute high impact analyses targeted at improving the vendor experience
Analyze data, build visualizations, and identify process and product improvements
Execute your recommendations from start to finish, from digging into data, to building a business case, aligning stakeholders, testing ideas, executing and measuring results
Partner with operations, product/ engineering, commercial, and other teams to understand and solve vendor issues
Key requirements for this role:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines
1 to 2 years experience as a data analyst in e-commerce, or other 'fast-paced', 'high-growth' industries
Experience in analyzing very large, complex datasets
Strong problem solving skills - ability to breakdown a complex business problems, creating visualizations to summarize data
Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Data Visualisation Tools (such as Tableau) is a must, proficiency in any other scripting/ data analysis tools will be a huge advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to professionally handle stress, and tight deadlines/ high expectations
