Job ResponsibilityDeliver reliable and robust VDI, Content Collaboration, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) software infrastructure technology through technical analysis, and administer the process of continuous improvement of its capabilities to ensure IT infrastructure and services operate in accordance to the agreed service level agreements.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
o Implement software infrastructure strategies, framework and standards; and ensure the infrastructure procedures and its related
documentation is up to date by leveraging on technology and capabilities to align with the business objective.
o Provide first level support for software infrastructure administration, service request, problem and incident management
(troubleshooting, problem identification, investigation, resolution) to ensure business continuity, high availability and sustained
performance of the Bank's primary functions
o Administer infrastructure software solutions and services and manage the software installation, creation, and configuration to
ensure resiliency of software infrastructure assets and its related components
o Conduct capacity planning and sizing, software infrastructure assets inventory record and tracking; and perform impact analysis
of changes for any software infrastructure system components or configuration to align with the established architecture for the
Bank's IT infrastructure
o Perform software infrastructure health checks and software infrastructure assets maintenance to eliminate known problems,
increase service availability and system performance to prevent business disruption
o Undertake research and feasibility study on new releases of software infrastructure assets and its tools to ensure its reliability,
agility and resiliency for faster business innovation
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE :
o Academic qualifications: Degree or professional qualification in IT
o Experience: At least 3 years experience in VDI, Content Collaboration, MDM infrastructure assets and platform technologies administration and
support. Working experience in middleware, application server platforms, virtualization or cloud technology

visibility.
o Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyse
and identify the right IT solution that meets the business requirements
and expectations
o Ability to participate in IT project implementation as a subject matter
expert working with vendors, IT application and infrastructure teams,
as well as users to ensure smooth implementation of the project

o To assure software infrastructure and supporting platform are reliable,
agile and resilient to meet business expectation and priorities.
o To keep abreast with the latest direction and trends of technology and
to enhance necessary skill sets for effective and efficient service
delivery.
o To meet stringent service level agreements for critical services or

o To standby 24x7 after office hours or during weekend [whenever
required] to minimize disruption to business operations.
