Qualifications: o Able to speak fluent English & Bahasa, Mandarin is a bonus o Ex-Hoteliers are welcome to apply o Minimum 2years experienced in hotel industry (operation/marketing/management)is preferred o Familiar with the hotel operation & and able to work under SOP o Basic understand of Hotel management system & OTA extranet o Able to work for long hours during peak season in holidays & standby on call for guest request
Requirement: o Passion in the hospitality industry & love to communicate with clients with heart & enthusiasm o Responsible & accountable in providing the very best of services to guests & always seeking for solution or improvement to the business. o Able to work independently & disciplined in managing the entire business unit & entrepreneur mindset. o Assist with check-in and check-out o Guest relationship Management o Hiring and Training o Oversee Housekeeping and Maintenance o Manage P&L
