Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTION:
To assist executives in daily administrative tasks primarily in the preparation of documents, document tracking and follow-up on deliverables.
Minimum Requirements:
? Diploma in any field (preference given to Administrative or business-related programs).
? Computer literate (Accounting software, Microsoft Office-Excel, Words etc.).
? Must be articulate and fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese language is a plus.
? Able to do multi-task, highly analytical skill, meticulous and organized.
? Ability to apply critical thinking, good analytical skills with an eye for details and maintain
a positive attitude.
? Resourceful, proactive, able to work under minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
? Ability to work under pressure.
