Job Responsibility

• To oversee the day-to-day operations of the Tutorial Centre.
• Communicating with Tutors, Students and Parents regarding Tutorial Class Schedules.
• Attending to New Student's and Parents' Enquiries.
• Marketing and Students Enrolment.
• To perform basic accounting functions (issuing receipts).
• To perform general administrative work assigned by the company.
• To perform any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• To oversee the centre admin's tasks and paperwork.
• To oversee the cleanliness of the centre.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent hands-on skills with an eye for details
• Ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and responsible character.
• Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service.
• Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
• Computer literate, MS Office/Excel, Google meet & Google Classroom.
• Candidate who has worked in Retails or F&B industry is encouraged to apply.
