- Plant Turnaround | Shutdown Maintenance Progress Monitoring.
- Plant Turnaround Material & Maintenance Management and Supervision.
- To all turnaround catalyst equipment to meet the agreed targets on Safety, Quality and Duration for the Catalyst Change-out Works during the turnaround
ROLES:
o Review Turnaround Catalyst Change-out Job Package.
o To prepare and submit technical and work specifications for all turnaround catalyst equipment such as pumps, seals and bearings, bundle puller, valves and heat exchangers.
o Mechanical works such as Maintenance / Overhauling or Troubleshooting or replacement of Static Equipment such as Air Fin-Fan, Drums, Reactors, Furnaces, Valves, Heat Exchangers, Internals/Externals Columns, Vessels, Towers & Flare.
o Ensure that all catalyst and static equipment are available and in good condition.
o Coordinate all catalyst materials, tools and equipment job plan.
o Monitor the loading and unloading of Multi-Bed Catalyst works
o Communicate to Supervisor the required standards for the handling of all catalyst equipment.
o Carry out work process as identified in the Quality Control Sheets.
o Supply of Manhole watcher / Fire watcher.
o Inspections for Corrosion, Leak, Equipment Integrity or wear deposit formation, the integrity of Electrical / Instrumentation & Control and piping systems.
o Special Inspections of Major Vessels or Rotating Equipment or Pumps to investigate abnormal situations.
o Replacement of catalysts or process materials that have been depleted during operations.
o Installation of new, upgraded equipment or technology in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control systems.
o Maintenance / Overhauling or Troubleshooting or Replacement of Rotating Equipment such as Compressors, Turbines, Pumps, Generators, Blowers & Gearboxes.
o Inspection, Maintenance & Repair of an industrial Chimney & Flare stacks.
o Piping Maintenance Works (Prefabrication, Repair, Replacement & Erection) including PWHT / NDT.
o Flange & Bolt Integrity - Flange Fastening / Controlled Technical Bolting / Tensioning.
o Site management and supervision including co-ordination of all disciplines (Scaffolding, Insulation, Cleaning, Painting, Lifting, and Transportation).
o Erection & Pre-commissioning Chemical Cleaning Works.
o Industrial Vacuuming & Water Jetting.
o Testing and Inspection for Plant Turnaround | Shutdown.
o SD/SU (Shutdown/Startup) Assistance
