Job Description
Job Responsibility
Establish, maintain and reconcile a full set of accounts.
Prepare monthly P&L, forecast, income statements and balance sheets.
Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls.
Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
Process and record monthly invoices.
Prepare monthly payments.
Maintain proper accounting record and filing.
Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents.
Process monthly payroll and prepare EPF/SOCSO/PCB submissions.
Record and track team leave.
Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc.
Provide administrative assistance to management.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM with minimum 1 year experiences or a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in Accounting or Finance field.
Must be able to read and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experienced in Software Support (Autocount Accounting Software) will have added advantages.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work well under pressure.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Puchong Jaya.
