Job Responsibility

• Developing marketing strategies for new products;
• Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of-deliveries and staffing;
• Leading and trained a team of Marketing & Multimedia Associates;
• Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints;
• Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales;
• Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market;
• Manage corporate re-branding, redesign logo, and document branding standards and guidelines;
• Social media strategy including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and social communities;

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
• At least 3-years working experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
