Job ResponsibilityJob Description
o Preparing training course documents;
o Act as point of contact for vendors and participant (e.g.: answering e-mail and phone enquiries on training or exam matters)
o To prepare the refreshment when required;
o Ensure Training / Exam room clean & sanitise after use;
o To assist and monitoring the participants in taking the examination;
o To ensure that all equipment and accessories for training is well maintain
o Make sure server run every morning and before Office closure;
o Ensure Office cleanliness;
o Update and monitor stationaries & pantry items;
o Ad hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.
Job Requirement
o SPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent
o Fresh or at least one year experience
o Proficient in Microsoft Office;
o Knowledge in basic computer repairing & technical skills - handle computer hardware & software added advantages;
o Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking with tight deadline;
o Good teamwork and efficient;
o Good communication skills with internal and external customers;
o Able to communicate and writing in BM and English;
o Have positive attitude.
