Job ResponsibilityJob Descriptions:
? Conduct group training to internal staff in term of new product/refresher training (product/demonstration/selling skill)
? Outlet visitation and conduct on site product training to dealer
? To ensure staff product knowledge level on par from time to time.
? Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
? Guide and channel all product knowledge to floor sales staff so that can also provide the accurate product information to customer
? Identify market development and shift while being fully aware of new product or competition status
? To provide input/insight of market demand to Master Trainer in order to develop an effective sale talk guide.
? Build good relationship with outlet PIC and all floor staff
? To maintain good attitude and behavior towards target audience
Requirement:
o Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
o At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the retail training for this position
o Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Training & development or equivalent
o Able travel to outstation to conduct training to dealer / product consultant
o D possess own transportation (MUST)
o Applicants must be willing to travel within Malaysia area
o Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitude.
o Positive energetic, proactive, efficient and customer focused
o Required language(s): English, Mandarin (MUST), Bahasa Malaysia
