Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
o Responsible to manage and monitor report date accuracy, Standard Operation Procedure, Process Compliance, Training Dashboard for new hire and existing agents.
o To be the main contact person to client for any training related matters.
o Collaborate with local supervisor, team leader and QA for any quality issues, provide improvement plan if required.
o Attend calibration session with client from local market, supervisor and QA in weekly or monthly basis, if necessary.
o Create and maintain each training curriculum, training materials, quizzes and obtain approval from client.
o To be the responsible personnel for new hires nesting period.
o Set up and propose training schedule depends on the market needs to local supervisor and client
