- Bachelor of Town and Regional Planning & above
- Experience Min 2 years and above
- Computer literate with AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Possess own transport with a valid license and is willing to travel.
Job Scope :
- All technical work in Urban/Town Planning.
- To submit KM Application and liaise with Authorities on the technical requirements and subsequent follow-up.
- To liaise with clients on their requirements.
- To attend meetings related to the project in charge.
- To prepare detailed layout plans for Planning approval.
