Job ResponsibilityRoles and Responsibilities:
o Install and implement end to end infra build for TIBCO/KAFKA/SOLACE tech stacks.
o Work on different projects for all the tech stacks and implement them end to end.
o Assemble mainframe usage statistics and prepare trend analysis for weekly reporting.
o Attend scheduled meeting representing the Infrastructure team and share meeting minutes on regular basis.
o Driving daily, weekly and Monthly call with client to share the operational status, discuss major / upcoming activities and automation opportunities.
o Coordination implementation activities with Developers, Operations and CTI.
o Create and execute the CHG, REQ, Incidents, CREQ and EPR tickets.
o Perform environmental requirements to Implement the Phase Plan requirements for Development, Pre-IST, IST, UAT, PAT and Production environments.
o Maintain up-to-date environmental diagrams including all application components.
o Perform CICS refresh request based on Request with necessary approval.
o Participation in yearly DR and other major activities.
o Strong IT Knowledge and understanding of IT operational environment is must.
o Execute all code promotion across all environments outside of Development.
o Execute all production release activities.
o Execute the COB test plan, COB implementation plan and COB recovery plan. In addition, record testing results, and leading corrective actions from any tests/implementations.
o Execution of overall Release Management procedures and support of ChangeMan ERO solution.
o Obtain release management usage statistics and provide input for trend analysis with weekly reporting.
o Primary implementer for all Mainframe RFCs.
o Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
o Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions, Work with teams on process improvement and produce necessary metrics to show progress.
o Support all Release Management COB plan execution during testing and actual implementation.
o Track all required environment changes/Post build/ release management changes and ensure consistency across all environments.
o Update & maintain environmental configuration documentation/diagrams including all application components..
o Environment Support for Refresh and Conversion Load activities.
o Ensuring all critical batch streams like nightly batch etc completes on time, Proper resolution should be shared to respective groups.
o Release batch with adherence to SLA.
o Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
o Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards\
o Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
o Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
o Help teams implement value stream mapping and prioritization of countermeasures, based on DevOps/Agile/Lean principles in order to achieve specific measurable results.
o Be a part of a DevOps Enablement team, helping multiple cross-functional delivery teams with the adoption of DevOps cultural and technical practices.
o Perform ad hoc duties as requested as requested by Manager.
o Ensure all SLAs are achieved.
Skills Required:
o 8+ years of hands-on working TIBCO Products. BW, Hawk Admin, Kafka and Solace.
o Experience with Splunk and AppD Monitoring tools .
o Should be an expert in automate environment activities spread across TIBCO Servers. Must have developed tools that's are highly CPU efficient.
o Must have good hands on experience with release tools
o Expertise in server builds, deployment, configuration, maintenance & migration of TIBCO software and TIBCO applications on the TIBCO infrastructure. Well versed in implementation of SSL security, certificate management, Monitoring the TIBCO products in TIBCO Infrastructure.
o Thorough knowledge of installation of Hot Fixes and performing upgrades on the existing TIBCO infrastructure
Additional Skills:
o Must have experience in preparation of BOM document.
o Excellent Written, verbal communication and outstanding problem solving skills.
o Must have dealt customers from various geographies US, UK, Australia and Asian countries.
o Experience building strong, effective teams maintaining impeccable performance.
o Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in high stress situations for High visibility and critical incidents involving technology experts and business units SME's
