Job Responsibilityo Provide support to the Senior Executive / Executive of Mechanical / Building / Electrical Maintenance.
o Lead team of technicians/tradesman/electricians to coordinate, implement strategies and policies specified by the management.
o Implementation, coordination, monitoring and execution of facilities maintenance, installation and repairs.
o Learn and understand overall TP mechanical / building / electrical facilities.
o Monitor health performance and reliability of all facilities systems, equipment and spare parts.
o Ensuring full compliance to all Engineering Safety Standards and Environmental, Safety and Health regulations.
o Provides positive leadership, coaching and mentoring for employees to promote safe and efficient operations while also exceeding client expectations of communication, responsiveness, quality of service, and technical supports.
o Work closely with internal clients to identify and correct operational issues with minimal interruption to business operation.
o Ensure that all safety procedures are understood and implemented through regular trainings and auditing procedures.
o Conduct daily inspection, monitoring and data collection on electrical facilities equipments and utilities consumption.
o To standby and attend to blackout, breakdown and ad hoc repair.
